Billing profile(s)
Apart from having mandatory user profile, as Transformify user you may also have billing profile.
Billing profile is your place where you can find all payment information, invoices and preview subscription plans.
Your billing profile is created only after you successfully complete the first payment for a certain project subscription plan. Until then, this profile section will remain blank.
The billing profile is always related to the person who makes the payment for the subscription plan of a certain Project. That person in our Platform has the role of Project Owner or Admin, nevertheless there are no limitations of which team member may pay for the subscription plan.
How can I have multiple billing profiles? What is the logic behind it?
When you make the initial payment for one project's subscription plan, Transformify automatically creates your billing profile for that organization as entity. Visually, we present it as logic container where all invoices and financial information related to that project can be found.
Later, when you create another project within the same organization, your already used information for the previous payments (from your existing billing profile) will be used. In this case, when making the payment you will not be required to enter payment and billing details.
This means that your User account can have only one billing profile for all projects within this organization your are in charge paying for. Of course, you can change or update payment methods (credit cards), but that doesn't change the fact that your billing profile, with the related payment method will be used for all payments within this organization.
If you create another organization and pay for project subscription plans there, Transformify will create your second billing profile within your User account, and display it as another organization container, which may or may not be connected with the same payment method (credit card) from your first billing profile.
This way, Transformify provides business architecture logic designed to provide complete freedom and management of all project subscription plans, billing and payment data from one User account. With a single sign-on, view all your Billing profiles for projects belonging to different organizations.
If different user creates and pays for another project within the organization where you have billing profile for certain project, Transformify will create his own billing profile for the same organization, but within his own User account.
Even though different user accounts have billing profiles that are part of the same organization, the users can preview only their own billing profiles which contain project subscription plans they pay for.
This way, if you see this matter from an organization perspective, the organization can contain different billing profiles belonging to different User account in charge paying for different projects within it.
Billing profile details
Click on the container representing your billing profile for the organization, to preview all subscription plans, statuses, projects and billing schedules. details.
Click on
- Overview general subscription details, capacity, location and domain links to access your environments.
- Transactions details, date, payment type, method, amount and status.
- Invoices, to preview and download in pdf format.
Overview section on the right-hand side, to see most important information and action buttons:
- Change subscription, which can be in both ways: upgrade or downgrade (if certain preconditions are met).
- Cancel subscription, or
- Reactivate, if still within the cancellation period.
