Manage billing profile
Transformify uses third-party services for subscription management and payment processing which manage the entire process of the recurring payments and keeping all your billing and financial data.
In line with the GDPR, Transformify collects and keeps only the mandatory personal and business required to:
- provide the services to you
- enter and engage into a legal and financial binding agreement relationship with you or the legal entity you represent.
Manage subscriptions
Go to your billing profile in your User account. Click on the contextual menu in the organization billing profile to preview the available options.
Select Manage billing profile to open the modal window from our third-party subscription and billing provider.
Here you can preview of all subscription plans (projects) that you pay, connected with this organization.
Plan details
Select one Plan to preview details for each subscription plan:
- general subscription plan parameters (plan type, and payment schedule)
- payment method - click to view method, and update/change if necessary.
Billing and shipping address
Click on Billing and Shipping Addresses to preview your details.
If needed, click on the current billing address to update your details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company (if you represent legal entity)
- Physical address
- City
- Zip code
- State (if you're from the USA)
- Country
Payment methods
Click on Payment Methods from the dialogue window to preview the primary payment method set for the subscription plans within this organization you're paying for.
Additionally, add new to set a backup method just in case your primary payment fails. This will ensure on-time payment of your plans and achieve business continuity.
To update existing payment method (for instance, to change credit card due to validity expiration, or replacing it with completely different card), click on the primary method and enter the changes.
