Project alerts
Alerts are a very helpful feature that help project team members to get notified for events and activities related of affect the project.
The Project Owner or Admin has the option to create and put in place alert logic and communication channels to increase the awareness and information flow between your project team members.
To create alert, click Rules from the left menu and then Create Alert button located on top of the grid table.

The required input fields are divided into three sections: basic info, rule definition, and select actions.
Basic info
Enter the name of the alert and a short description. This will help you to search and find the appropriate alert within the data grid list.

Rule definition (query builder)
This No-Code feature is enabled by our Rule engine which offers setting rules and logic using pseudo-code, understandable to IT and business users.
Create filter rule by designing combination from the available definitions.

Select actions
Add or create action groups within the project that will receive alerts through the selected channels: Email and Webhook. Check "Also send an internal notification" to reach all organization members.
Add action group based on project roles, or create custom action group, and write custom message text as an addition to the default alert notification if needed to further describe the action.

Action groups
In this section, you can preview all created custom action groups. From here, you can add new by clicking on the Create Action Group button or take a certain action for each existing group.

Name the action group and then click Add email address to individually add each user within this custom action group.

Click on the contextual action button, to preview or delete the created action group.
