Project subscription
This is project subscription section represents centralized place to steer all operations and related activities. Kind of admin center where all information and actions related to the project's subscription plan are located.
The subscription page, is divided in two sections:
- main central canvas displays all subscription details and parameters, and
- overview section on the right-hand side, to see most important information and action buttons

Subscription details
See general plan details grouped in three tabs: overview, transactions, and invoices. Here, you can:
- Overview general subscription details, capacity, location and domain links to access your environments.
- Find transactions details, date, payment type, method, amount, status, and
- Invoices, to preview and download in pdf format.
Overview tab
In this section, preview details for the current subscription plan, as well as the assigned capacity resources according to the plan.
If your project meets your business needs regarding the features that one subscription plan provides, but your project's infrastructure resources are utilized close to their maximum, from here you can easily increase and Add capacity for certain cloud resources:
- web compute power
- database compute power
- database storage
This way, you will pay only for the specific type of capacity your project requires. Reduce unnecessary monthly costs by not opting or being forced to upgrade to a higher, more expensive subscription plan which provides many other features that you don't actually need.

Location
Page section to preview and find information about where is this project provisioned and located:
- geography
- region
- location

Domains
Furthermore, in the domain section, you can find domain which the project is provisioned, as well as direct URL links to you dedicated Web App URL and Identity Server instances, for each isolated environment:
- development
- staging
- production

Transactions tab
Here, you can preview a list of all transactions. In accordance to our privacy policy, all sensitive financial data related to the transaction are masked/anonymized, and displayed in form that only the person who makes the payment can identify it.

Invoices tab
View all invoices, sorted by number, issue date, amount, and subscription plan. See and download a copy on your local device.

Overview card
This overview section is located on the right-hand side of the page, where you can preview the most important information related to the subscription plan, and find the following action buttons:
- Change subscription, which can be in both ways: upgrade or downgrade (if certain preconditions are met).
- Cancel subscription, or Reactivate, if still within the cancellation period.

Change subscription plan (upgrade/downgrade)
If your project and business requirements grow and reach the ceiling of the current plan, we recommend upgrading to a higher subscription plan. You will be requested to go through the payment process once more.

When upgrading before the end of your current subscription plan, you will be charged pro-rata for the higher plan (i.e. you will pay only the difference between your current plan and new higher plan, reduced for the period in the current plan).

Following the confirmation of successful payment, you must provision the project once again, for the new cloud resources to take effect.

Downgrade is possible only if your current cloud resource and project features utilization are within the package limits of the lower subscription plan. Otherwise, you will not be able to downgrade.
Note that there is no refund or pro-rata payment when downgrading.
Cancel subscription plan
You can cancel the subscription plan of any created project. There is two-step validation in place, just to be sure if you want to proceed with this action.

We will keep all your project data and resources (provisioned and deployed in development, staging, and production environments) till the expiration date of the subscription plan. However, if you change your mind within this time frame, you can reactivate your subscription and continue using our services.
Important notice: If you don't reactivate the subscription before the end of this cancellation period, all resources and data related to the Project will be deleted forever. You can't restore your Project once it is deleted!
Have in mind that for this action (cancel subscription plan), you will not get a refund for the remaining period of the subscription plan.
